今日は久しぶりにダンスサークルに行ってきた。
練習会後に1人で踊ってたら、わけんは軸が弱いなぁと言われた。
さて、人は 他人の どのような物理挙動を見たときに「軸が弱い」と表現するのだろうか？
なんとなく分かるものの、具体的な解釈を他人から聞いたことはない。
僕なりの解釈は、人の下半身が移動したときに、背骨が大きくブレると軸が弱いとなる、ということかなぁと。
下半身の移動に対して背骨がその姿勢を維持したまま、下半身の移動と等量移動できた場合は、「軸が強い」となるのかなぁと。
んで、その軸の強さを実現するためには腹筋と背筋を使わねばならんのかなぁと。
腹筋と背筋をどのように使えばよいのかは わからじ…。
単に力を入れればいいのかと言われると、それだと臨機応変に動けなくなってしまうし…。
